1. Data Controller
BANBOSH (Petr Knobloch), with registered contact at info@banbosh.com, is the data controller responsible for the processing of your personal data in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR — Regulation 2016/679) and applicable Czech data protection laws (Act No. 110/2019 Coll.).
2. What Data We Collect
A) Our applications (games & apps): We do not collect any personal data. No registration, login, or personal information is required. Our apps do not use analytics, advertising networks, or tracking technologies of any kind.
B) Contact form on banbosh.com: When you use our contact form, we collect:
- Your name
- Your email address
- Content of your message
3. Purpose & Legal Basis
We process your contact form data solely to respond to your inquiry. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)), which you provide by checking the consent checkbox before submitting the form. You may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us at info@banbosh.com.
4. Local Storage in Apps
Our applications may store preferences locally on your device (language, theme, sound settings, game progress). This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to any server.
5. Online Multiplayer
When using online multiplayer features, only temporary game session data is transmitted. No personal information is collected. Game sessions are automatically deleted upon completion.
6. Data Retention
Contact form data (name, email, message) is retained only for the duration necessary to process and respond to your inquiry, and then deleted. We do not store your data longer than 12 months from the date of your last communication.
7. Third-Party Services
Our contact form uses FormSubmit.co to deliver messages to our email. FormSubmit processes data solely for delivery purposes and does not store your submissions. No other third-party services, analytics, or advertising networks are used on our website or in our applications.
8. Your Rights (GDPR Art. 15–22)
Under GDPR, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access — obtain a copy of your data
- Right to rectification — correct inaccurate data
- Right to erasure ("right to be forgotten") — request deletion of your data
- Right to restrict processing
- Right to data portability
- Right to object to processing
- Right to withdraw consent at any time

9. Right to Lodge a Complaint

10. Children's Privacy
Our applications are suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. The contact form is not intended for use by children under 16 without parental consent.
11. Cookies
Our website does not use cookies, except for storing your language preference in your browser's local storage. This is technically necessary and does not require consent. No tracking or advertising cookies are used.
