Banbosh Checkers has no user accounts, no registration and no sign-in, and we collect no personal data on our servers. There are no ads, no analytics and no third-party tracking. The game runs on your device; its optional online multiplayer connects you directly to another player's device (peer-to-peer).

What data we collect
We — BANBOSH Studio — do not collect, store or share any personal data about you. The game has no accounts and asks for no registration or sign-in, and we operate no game servers that gather your information. The only data handling in the game is described below: information kept locally on your device, and the direct device-to-device connection used for the optional online multiplayer.
Data stored on your device
To remember your progress, the game stores a small amount of information locally on your device — such as the player name you type in and your game progress and settings. This data never leaves your device, is never sent to us or anyone else, and is removed when you clear it in the game or uninstall the app.
Online multiplayer (peer-to-peer)
Banbosh Checkers includes an optional online multiplayer mode. You never have to use it — the game is fully playable offline against the AI or in local two-player on a single device.
When you start an online match, the game opens a direct peer-to-peer (P2P) connection between your device and your opponent's device using the PeerJS technology. To let the two devices find each other, a public PeerJS signalling server is used solely to exchange the technical details needed to establish the connection. As with any internet connection, this involves your device's public IP address; we do not collect it or use it to identify you.
Once the two devices are connected, gameplay data — your moves and the state of the board — is sent directly between the two players' devices and does not pass through any server of ours; we run no game servers and cannot see, store or log your matches. During a match you are identified only by a temporary, randomly generated connection ID that disappears when the match ends. Because the connection is direct, please do not share personal information with opponents.
No ads, analytics or tracking
The game contains no advertising, no analytics or measurement tools, and no third-party tracking of any kind. We do not build user profiles and we do not use advertising identifiers.
Permissions
Banbosh Checkers does not request access to your camera, microphone, location, contacts or photos. The optional online multiplayer uses your device's internet connection to set up the direct peer-to-peer link described above; no other sensitive data or device features are accessed.
Children's privacy
We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone, regardless of age — the game has no accounts and no data collection on our side. Please note that the optional online multiplayer connects two players directly; as with any online play, we recommend that children play under the guidance of a parent or guardian and never share personal information with people they connect with.
Your rights
Since we do not hold any of your personal data, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. The information stored locally on your device is fully under your control — you can erase it at any time by clearing it in the game or uninstalling the app.

We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always available on this page, with the date of the last update shown at the top.
