In short
Chess & Checkers 3D collects no personal data. The game never connects anywhere by itself, has no ads and no analytics, and sends nothing from your phone. Everything it remembers stays on your device. Google Play lists an "internet access" permission: the game engine adds it, and only the Google Play store itself uses it, for the one-off purchase of the full version. The game makes no network calls of its own.

What the game stores, and where
To remember an unfinished game and your settings, the game writes a few files into its own storage on the phone. None of it leaves the device.

Neither the developer nor anyone else can reach these files. They are gone the moment you uninstall the app or clear its data in system settings.
What the game does not do
- ✕Shows no ads and contains no advertising SDK
- ✕Uses no analytics and no behaviour tracking
- ✕Never reads the advertising ID or any other identifier
- ✕Never asks for location, contacts, photos, microphone or camera
- ✕Has no chat or any other communication between players
- ✕Sells and shares nothing with anyone, because there is nothing to share
Children
The game is built for children too, and we take that seriously. That is exactly why it carries no ads, collects nothing, and offers no way for a child to communicate with a stranger. We do not need parental consent for data processing, because we process no data.
In-app purchases
If you make a purchase, the payment is handled entirely by Google Play or the App Store under that store own privacy policy. The app only learns whether the purchase went through. We never see or store your name, address or card details.
Permissions
The app requests no sensitive system permissions. It uses only its own storage, which every app gets automatically, and vibration if you leave it switched on.
Your rights
Because we hold no data about you, there is nothing on our side to disclose, correct or delete. Everything the game creates sits on your phone and you can remove it any time by uninstalling the app or through Settings, Apps, Chess & Checkers 3D, Storage, Clear data.
Changes to this policy
If the game ever adds online play, or anything else that sends data out, we will update this policy before that version ships and change the effective date above. Older versions of the app remain covered by the wording that applied when they were released.
